Return Policy

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as perishable goods, opened food products, or customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
